Courses for HCP with VRAS

Biomedical En +. Theatre Staff

This training enhances their hands-on skills, decision-making, and confidence in executing surgeries with different alignment techniques, ensuring greater precision and adaptability in real clinical settings.

Thinking outside the box

Innovation is about challenging conventional approaches and finding new ways to solve persistent challenges. In my role at Johnson & Johnson, I encountered a recurring issue that required a fresh perspective. By thinking outside the box and implementing a creative solution, I was able to drive meaningful change and deliver positive results, and this is my example!

Off to Australia!! VELYS ROTATION with Mr Clatworthy

Understanding the need for specialised training in Orthopaedics, I identified an opportunity to enrich a resident’s educational experience. Recognising their interest in knee and robotic surgery, I proactively recommended they connect with one of our renowned Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field. To facilitate this, I initiated the introduction and encouraged the resident to apply for a rotation under the expert’s mentorship.

This initiative not only provided the resident with invaluable hands-on experience but also strengthened a long-term collaboration between the hospital and the KOL. I take particular pride in this achievement, as it was entirely driven by my initiative and support, without requiring direct involvement or financial investment from our company.

"Helping others grow is what truly motivates me. Seeing this Traumatology resident gain hands-on experience with a top expert—just because I connected the dots—was incredibly rewarding. It’s amazing how a simple idea can open doors and create lasting opportunities for learning and collaboration."

Any questions?
