I plan and design hands-on courses for surgeons across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, starting from what each market needs.
I started as a scrub nurse in the UK, spent seven years in the field with Johnson & Johnson in Spain, and since 2025 I have worked in Professional Education at the Johnson & Johnson Institute in Solothurn. What I design comes from what I saw at the table, and from what the markets ask for.

LCO feedback responses today, up from 7 when I started: 7.4 times as many since I introduced a post-course engagement strategy. 2026 alone brought 34, almost twice the 18 from before it.

Hands-on knee courses at the Johnson & Johnson Institute in Solothurn: Introduction to Kinematic Restoration & Alternative Alignment Fundamentals, EMEA VELYS Advanced and Sigma Partial with VELYS, and from 2027 the new ATTUNE Revision course. I also support VELYS installation courses and coordinate Live Case Observations across EMEA.
Courses are by invitation, through the DePuy Synthes team in each country. This site does not take registrations.
