- Design and run hands-on knee courses for surgeons across EMEA: Introduction to Kinematic Alignment, VELYS Advanced and Sigma Partial Knee, plus the new ATTUNE Revision pilot. In 2026: 6 courses, 110 surgeons, every course that ran full.
- Coordinate Live Case Observations across EMEA: 160 requests from 21 markets in 2026, 111 clinicians trained with 19 faculty surgeons.
- Introduced a post-course engagement strategy that increased the feedback received by 90%.
- Work with the global team on the LCO model, and proposed a web register for LCO requests.
- Organising a shoulder symposium for more than 100 surgeons for the DELTA XTEND anniversary.
